Originally from Montreal, Camil Dubuc is a natural leader and entrepreneur. Since founding Genesis Security in1997, Camil has guided his team with a well-defined vision of the company’s future. He has built a strong culture by clearly articulating goals, values, and behaviours, ensuring they are consistently applied from top to bottom and across all departments. As President / CEO, he oversees the operations of the company, including financial and human resource decisions, to ensure Genesis delivers on its promise to clients.
Camil’s empathetic, open, and optimistic approach motivates his team and instills confidence in clients. With his extensive experience and by pursuing calculated risks, he has successfully grown Genesis from scratch into one of the top five security firms in British Columbia. He acknowledges this could not have occurred without the support and dedication of a tremendous team working together, and he takes pride in his role as mentor. In addition to Genesis Security Group, Camil owns Genesis Tactical Gear Inc., Genesis Host Service Ltd., Label Productions Ltd., and he is also an Executive Producer of two movies HRT Abduction and Dead Forest under the Label Production Ltd.
Community is of great importance to Camil, and he remains an active member of The Greater Vancouver Board of Trade. He also volunteers for Conseille Jeunesse Francophone de Vancouver, teaching jujutsu and archery, and is a Treasurer and on the Board of Directors for the Security Committee of the Jules Verne High School in Vancouver. In his personal time, Camil enjoys an active, healthy lifestyle, travel, photography, and film.
VP, Operations
Robert Beardmore’s dedication to Genesis Security as a VP, Operations is illustrated by his strong work ethic, attention to detail, client-centric focus, and leadership abilities.
Manifesting the company’s core value system and adopting a professional and positive attitude, Robert works with clients to provide the best possible experience, while pursuing the company’s objectives.
Prior to joining Genesis in 2014, he worked for a Vancouver Island-based security firm and studied Criminology at Vancouver Island University.
Director, Finance
As Director, Finance, Alvin Fabien implements an elevated level of precision, analytical thinking, and integrity. Dedicated to Genesis Security since 2010, he has demonstrated himself as a leader, working well under pressure and within a team setting, and contributing to Genesis’s development to become a frontrunner in the industry.
He first honed his strong mathematical skills through an Accounting Diploma and as a Payroll Compliance Practitioner.
Alvin also enjoys photography, hiking, and traveling.
Director of Standards & Field Operations
Danny brings more than 20 years of experience in private security, public safety, training, and field operations. He began his career with Genesis in 2002, working sites, events, and nightlife operations before advancing into supervisory and close protection roles. He later went through JIBC’s Police Academy program, and became an instructor for BC’s Private Security Program and served as Director of Genesis Security Training Academy from 2004 to 2011. Danny also completed Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) training and worked in tower rescue, medic, and health and safety management roles with Rogers Telecommunications and Sodexo Canada.
From 2016 to April 2025, Danny served as a Special Provincial Constable and Supervising Officer with the Forensic Psychiatric Services Commission Constabulary, further strengthening his expertise in leadership, crisis response, operational standards, and public safety. Danny currently serves as a faculty member at JIBC’s Private Security Program.
Human Resources Manager
Chris Wong directly influences the procurement, growth, and preservation of Genesis Security’s team. With over 30 years of experience in HR, both nationally and internationally, Chris provides expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, health and safety, manpower planning, and HR consulting and administration.
She exemplifies the importance of building a solid team environment, communicating effectively, and developing productive relationships. Her unwavering empathy and dedication continue to directly benefit Genesis and our staff.
Office Manager
Alisha Arora’ journey at Genesis Security is a testament to her hard work, dedication, and multi-talented nature. She ensures that all the administrative functions of our office are running smoothly, and her role is pivotal in maintaining a well-functioning and efficient workspace. Her ability to manage numerous tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism has made her an indispensable part of our team.
Proving herself as an integral and enthusiastic team member and applying skills she learned from her bachelor’s degree in commerce and Diploma in Accounting, Alisha rose from HR Assistant and Office Administrator to her current role as Office Manager.
She has shown that she can wear many hats and excel in each role she takes on. Whether it’s coordinating operations, managing the office, or handling administrative tasks, Alisha does it all with dedication and a positive attitude.
Account Manager
Ilya Obraztsov began is career with Genesis Security in 2011 and stood out soon after, demonstrating his capabilities and leadership skills working at innumerable sites as mobile supervisor, security supervisor, and first aid officer. During his time on the field, he trained and mentored countless guards, thereby helping them reach their potential.
Because of Ilya’s impeccable work ethic, performance, and absolute dedication to the job, he was promoted to the position of Assistant Account Manager in 2019 and then to Account Manager in 2023. His key focus is to coach and mentor premium guards while keeping up with schedules, conducting quality checks, and dealing with concerns of the client or guards.
Account Manager, Special Events
Khushpreet has been an essential part of Genesis Security since 2018. She started out working in events and quickly proved her worth. Her energy, professionalism, and great aptitude were noticed, and she rose through the ranks – event supervisor to operations coordinator, to assistant manager, and finally to Manager, Special Events. Her primary focus is on working closely with our clients and the events team to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and experience for everyone.

Corporate Brand Director
Bryan Quan is a UBC graduate with a background in rehabilitation and marketing. His focus is to establish Genesis as a top-tier name in security services, renowned for its unwavering commitment to excellence and a culture rooted in care. Bryan has led initiatives to bolster corporate brands, including structured social media campaigns and plans for innovative approaches like meta-ads and email marketing. He designs company campaigns with their core values and ethics in mind.

Director, Training
Tim Henry (Hanshi) began his career with Genesis Security in 1997 and has contributed nearly 28 years of leadership, operational expertise, and professional development to the organization. Advancing through roles including Field Operations Supervisor, Tactical Instructor, and Training Supervisor, he now serves as Director of Training, where he leads the development and implementation of training standards across Genesis Security’s operations.
With 46 years of tactical instruction experience on five continents, Tim has trained military personnel, federal and municipal law enforcement agencies, corrections professionals, and executive protection teams. A military veteran and certified Wilderness Survival Instructor, he is a 9th Dan Black Belt in Combat Jujutsu and recognized martial arts expert. Tim focuses on officer safety, emergency preparedness, leadership development, and risk mitigation initiatives across Genesis Security.
Harjas commenced her security career in 2020 with another company and joined Genesis in 2021, working in concierge security as well as events. Her performance and positive outlook were noticed, and she was invited to join the OPS team within months. She excelled in her role, was promoted to Admin Assistant.
In her role, she assists the Office and Operations manager in ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of the office and operations, and the needs of the various businesses under the Group. She assists in managing paperwork, fielding phone calls, arranging schedules, budgets, staff databases, and generating reports. Harjas has a background in business studies and will pursue further in that field moving forward.
Office Administrator
Harshi Banga serves as an Office Administrator at Genesis Security Group, where her legal expertise and leadership drive operational excellence. A top-ranked law graduate from India, she brings strong analytical skills and knowledge of criminal justice to support compliance and strategic decision-making.
Her diploma in Law Enforcement further strengthens her ability to navigate complex regulations with confidence and innovation. As a dedicated tutor and leader, Harshi excels in mentorship, communication, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. Her proactive leadership, adaptability, and crisis management instincts promote efficiency and support Genesis Security Group’s commitment to outstanding service.
Assistant Account Manager
Parvinder Sandhu has demonstrated remarkable career progression at Genesis Security. Initially joining as a security guard, his dedication and proficiency quickly led to a promotion to operations coordinator within just one year.
Building on his ambition and qualifications, he recently ascended to the role of Assistant Accounts Manager. Parvinder’s work ethic and commitment to personal development are evident in his attainment of a master’s in business administration, reflecting his determination to excel in his profession.
Mobile Fleet Manager
Krishna has been a distinguished member of the Genesis Mobile team from February 2022, ensuring site safety and delivering top-notch service to our clients. He is our critical go between for management and the mobile division, assisting with the fast-expanding fleet’s maintenance and upkeep, collaborating with the growing mobile team members to ensure the division’s success.
Krishna’s academic credentials include a Diploma in General Studies with Marketing specialization from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, complemented by advanced security and safety certifications that align with Genesis Security’s commitment to professional excellence.Krishna exemplifies professionalism and skill. His exemplary performance garnered corporate recognition in July 2023 for outstanding crisis management and leadership during a critical Mobile 1 operation. In his elevated position, Krishna continues to advance Genesis Security’s mission of delivering superior security services while fostering team excellence and maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.

Strategic Growth Manager
Ray is a versatile and accomplished individual with a robust background spanning three decades in the garment industry where his entrepreneurial spirit flourished as he established a successful clothing company in South Africa, showcasing his business acumen and dedication. He moved to Canada in 1998.
Ray has been in the sales of custom clothing and promotional products industry for over 30 years, with a vast knowledge of the sales process, from creation and delivery of products to excellent customer and after-sales service.
Beyond his professional achievements, Ray is a bodybuilding champion and Ironman Canada 2011 participant, embodying discipline and resilience. His zest for life extends to outdoor adventures, particularly as a gravel bike enthusiast, and loves watching comedy. Family is paramount and he cherishes time with his three kids and beloved dog. Ray looks forward to contributing his unique blend of expertise, resilience, and vibrant enthusiasm to Genesis.

Tahira has joined in 2023 the team as the Executive Assistant to Camil Dubuc. With over a decade of experience under her belt, Tahira brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
