Dave is always professional and does a good job ensuring the office is managed during cheque issue. Since he has been working here I’ve noticed that the waiting room seems to be more orderly, not sure if it’s because of him but I know in the past we have had guards who would allow too many people in at once. Dave is also friendly, courteous and on time. I personally enjoy seeing him when he arrives because I know he is familiar with our staff and our office. There is a value in having the same security guard each month as they learn the role and the office procedures. “
